Nevada's
oldest and largest state park is about a one hour drive from
Las Vegas. Your first stop should be the visitor where you
can see exhibits on the geology and history of the park. Pick
up a map and head out to explore some of the points of interest.
Some of the major things to see are Arch Rock, Beehives, Cabins
and the Seven Sisters. If your planning more than a day trip
there are two campgrounds with 51 units that are available.
All campsites are first come, first serve. Entrance Fee: $6.00
per vehicle per day. Camping Fees: 14.00 per night per vehicle.
This is a fun scenic day trip from Las Vegas.
