Fort
Churchill State Historic Park - A visitor center
displays information and artifacts of the fort's history.
Built in 1961 to provide protection for the settlers. The
Park is located eight miles south of Silver Springs. |
Gold
Point Nevada - A real Ghost town. Vacation
in the old west. Offers cabins or main house accommodations
and tours. Top off your tank at Beatty so you will have
enough gas to get back home. |

Historic Mining Park - All buildings on the property
are open for our visitors to enjoy and feel how it was to be working
in a turn of the century mining environment. |
Rhyolite
Ghost Town - Some of the walls of the 3 story
bank building are still standing, as is part of the old
jail. The bottle house has recently been restored. Future
plans are for a visitor center. |

Ward
Charcoal Ovens -
The park contains six beehive-shaped historic charcoal
ovens. Charcoal was then used to run the nearby mills. |

Las Vegas Mormon State Historic Park - The
park includes a remnant of the original adobe fort, which
